Alice is a partner in the litigation department and has more than 20 years of experience in litigation. She handles a wide variety of complex litigation, including trademark, copyright, and false advertising, franchisor/franchisee, unfair business practices, and other commercial disputes. She has tried to jury lawsuits in North Carolina and other states in both state and federal courts. She also routinely handles proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Alice is actively involved in the International Trademark Association (INTA), the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Litigation, and the Carolina Patent Trademark and Copyright Law Association.
